I wanted to update my review after speaking directly with Anthony, the owner. While I initially had concerns regarding the relocation pricing, I truly appreciate the way this was handled. Anthony reached out personally, took the time to understand my perspective, and worked with me to find a fair and reasonable solution. That level of responsiveness and accountability makes a big difference and speaks well of how they value their customers. The system itself works great and the original installation was done properly. My only recommendation to future customers would be to ask upfront about any potential service or relocation costs, just to have full clarity from the beginning. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the outcome and the way the situation was resolved.

Honest Water recently installed our water filtration system. George came out alone with another gentleman who did a fantastic job. Alex Heart also did a fantastic job setting up our appointment. We couldn't be happier.

We had the whole house system installed in our new home two days ago which included the reverse osmosis filter unit. Initially, I felt their customer service was not great because of the delay in getting my filter replaced. However, I later realized the issue was due to a supply shortage, which was completely out of their control. Despite the situation, they truly went above and beyond to resolve my problem. He even traveled more than an hour to come and fix the issue personally. I really appreciate the effort, commitment, and support they provided. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend them.
